Wild Life Tour In Rajasthan For 9 Nights 10 Days

Day wise Travel Itinerary

 

Day 01: Reaching Delhi

On reaching New Delhi International Airport, you will be received by one of our representatives and transferred to the hotel. You will be greeted there with a welcome drink. Enjoy the authentic Indian dinner. You will be briefed about your wildlife tour of Rajasthan. Have a luxurious stay in your hotel room and freshen up for your trip ahead.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing Tour

Enjoy a superb breakfast before moving out for an exhaustive Delhi city tour. Visit Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad), which is home to the magnificent Red Fort, built by great Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan followed by Jama Masjid, one of the biggest mosques of India. For shopping to your heart’s fill, you have the famous Chandni Chowk market. After lunch, move ahead with your sightseeing spree. Drive along the impressive avenues and grand buildings such as the Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s Residence), India Gate, Quitab Minar, and Birla Temple. In the evening, you can visit the busy Connaught Place for shopping. Get back to your hotel to rest for the night.

Day 03: Driving from Delhi – Sariska

After having breakfast, drive off to the Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary, offering shelter to a large variety of wildlife and birds. Here, you can indulge in a jeep or elephant safari and get glimpses of tiger and other wild animals. Stay at the Sariska wildlife resort for the night.

Day 04: Driving from Sariska – Jaipur

After an early morning breakfast, begin your journey for Jaipur by car. On arriving there, quickly check – in at the hotel. Take some rest and have your lunch before starting off for the Amber Fort tour. It is situated high on a ridge and can be accessed on an elephant’s back. The fort houses a number of splendid courtyards and palaces telling mindboggling stories of the bygone era of the Rajasthan Regime. Stay back in the hotel for the night.

Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing Tour

In the morning, set forth for the tour of the Pink City. Visit its numerous attractions such as the impressive City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and Jantar Mantar Observatory. In the afternoon, indulge in some shopping at the Clock Tower and Sardar Market popular for their block printed textiles, enamelled blue pottery, and tie and dye works. Try the authentic Rajasthani cuisine at Rajasthani Village (Choki Dani), serving a variety of delicacies termed as Rajasthani Thalis. Make an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 06: Driving from Jaipur – Ranthambore

After having breakfast, set out for your journey to the Ranthambore National Park and check in at the hotel in Sawai Madhopur. Indulge in an exciting jeep safari deep into the jungle and if you are lucky, you might spot a tiger. There are plenty of other wild animals like monkeys, langurs, and alligators along with a huge species of birds. Stay at the Ranthambore wildlife resort for the night.

Day 07: Driving from Ranthambore – Bharatpur

In the morning, drive off straight to the Bharatpur Wildlife Sanctuary, a park offering shelter to more than 400 species of birds. You can spot several migratory birds too such as the Siberian Cranes. Drive off straight to Agra in the evening, which is about 55 kilometres from Bharatpur. Stay back in the hotel for the night.

Day 08: Driving from Bharatpur – Agra

In the morning, visit the historic and the magnificent Taj Mahal, whose intricate designs and exquisite dome is bound to cast a spell on you. After Taj, visit the Agra Fort, which is yet another architectural splendour of the Mughals. After having lunch, visit the tomb of Itimadud Daulah – the first Mughal building that was constructed completely of marble. Get back to your hotel and stay there for the night.

Day 09: Driving from Agra – FatehpurSikri

Drive off to the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri in the morning, which is about 40 kilometres from Agra. It was established by Emperor Akbar in 1569 who abandoned it within 15 years due to the scarcity of water. Pay a visit to the Panch Mahal, Anup Talab, Diwan – e – Khas, Tomb of the holy saint Salim Chisti, Buland Darwaza, and other important sites. On completing your Fatehpur Sikri tour, drive off to Delhi and make an overnight stay there.

Day 10: Departure from Delhi

After having breakfast, you will be dropped at the airport. On the way, you can visit the Chettarpur Temple, a highly renowned Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Durga. It has nuemorus beautiful carvings and sprawling gardens. From there, you will be transferred to the airport for your journey onward.
